CALL FOR NOMINATIONS OF CANDIDATES TO SERVE ON THE SEKHUKHUNE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS

Notice is hereby given by Sekhukhune District Municipality in terms of section 93E of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000 and read with item 4(3) of the By-law for establishing and operating Sekhukhune Development Agency (2010) that member of the public and interested persons are informed of the six (06) non-executive directors vacancies in the Sekhukhune Development Agency Board. Applicants are required to comply with section 93E (1) and 93F about eligibility for nominations.

Board members should have experience and qualifications in the following fields: Law, Financial Management and Accounting, Strategic Management, Project Management, Engineering Studies, Agricultural Science, Business Development, Tourism Development and Management, Mining, Development Studies, Development Planning, Economics/Economic Development Studies, Development Finance, Property Development, Contract Law.
Term of Office: Non-Executive Directors serve for a period not exceeding three (03) Years.

Remuneration of members: Successful members will be remunerated according to the rates determined and published by National Treasury
