Submitting an Appeal

APPEAL AGAINST A DECISION OF THE SACPLAN COUNCIL OR AGAINST A DECISION OF THE SACPLAN DISCIPLINARY TRIBUNAL

Any appeal must be noted substantially in the form published for such purposes on the website (please refer to the Notice of Appeal below).

The appeal document shall clearly state the subject matter of the appeal, the ground of appeal, whether the appeal relates to findings of fact or law and, where an appeal is noted against a decision of the Tribunal, whether the appeal is noted against the finding of guilty on a charge of improper conduct, the sentence imposed, or both.
