Description
Key performance areas:
• Process building development applications
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws
• Liaise with external and internal parties
• Perform administrative duties.
Requirements
Requirements:
• A relevant three-year tertiary qualification in any built environment discipline
• Minimum two (2) years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge of the implementation of National Building Regulations and SABS Code regulations and
requirements
• Professional registration with a recognised Built Environment Council will be advantageous.
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• A Valid Code B driver’s licence.
