Description
Key performance areas:
• Process building development applications
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, requirements and laws
• Perform administration duties
• Liaise with internal and external parties
Requirements
equirements:
• A relevant three-year tertiary qualification in any Built Environment discipline
• Two (2) to Five (5) years appropriate experience
• Knowledge of the implementation of National Building Regulations and SANS standards and requirements
• Professional registration with a recognised Built Environment Council will be advantageous
• Computer literacy in MS Office Applications
• A valid Code B driver’s licence
