Abstract

This work deals with the management mode of emergency measures projects launched in the framework of the PPSMVSS of the Kasbah of Algiers. Its objective is to understand the process of formalization and management of the projects in safeguarded areas as well as the interactions between involved stakeholders. In its first phase of elaboration, the PPSMVSS introduced the project of emergency measures to slow down the process of degradation before its implementation. In addition to in situ surveys through interviews and questionnaires with the various actors, the methodology refers to the conceptual model of the factors of success of a project, of Pinto and Slevin, in order to evaluate these operations which have not led to the expected results.
